Using this site.
These terms cover the TechSavvy website and the requests you send through it during the Philadelphia tri-state launch.
What this site is
This site describes TechSavvy's local IT support service and lets you submit a support request or a Founding Tech application. Submitting a form starts a conversation — it is not a booking, a contract for work, or a guarantee that we can take your job.
Who we serve
TechSavvy is for organizations — businesses, nonprofits, schools, churches, MSPs, and partner organizations. We do not offer residential service. We serve the Philadelphia tri-state area and may decline requests outside it.
Launch period
The service is in a limited launch. Availability, service lanes, response times, and the Founding Tech program terms may change. We review every request personally and may decline any request.
Information you give us
Please give accurate information in our forms — service area and job details are how we match your request to the right technician. How we handle what you submit is described in our privacy policy.
Technicians
Technicians who take work through TechSavvy are manually approved: we check professional experience and references before they take a job. Approval is our own review process — it is not a certification, license, or bond, and it is not a warranty of any particular outcome.
Pricing
We are not publishing rates during the launch period. Any price for actual work will be quoted and agreed separately before the work begins. Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding quote.
This site's content
The TechSavvy name, mark, and the content of this site belong to TechSavvy. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission. The site is provided as-is, and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date below will change when we do. Questions about anything here: hello@techsavvy.guru.
