FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

If something here is not covered, ask us directly — a person reads every message during launch.

Manually approved local techs · Philadelphia tri-state · Organization-focused

What area do you cover?

The Philadelphia tri-state area — Southeastern Pennsylvania, South Jersey, and northern Delaware. If you are just outside it, send the request anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover you.

What does “manually approved” actually mean?

A person reviews every technician before they take work: professional IT experience, references we can check, and the lanes they genuinely cover. It is not an automated signup or a self-declared skills list.

Do you work with home users?

No. TechSavvy is built for organizations — businesses, nonprofits, schools, churches, MSPs, and the partners who serve them. We do not offer residential service.

What does it cost?

We are not publishing rates during the launch period. Pricing depends on the work, and we would rather quote you honestly than post a number that does not fit your job. Send a request and we will talk specifics.

How fast will I hear back?

Within one business day during launch. Every request is read by a person.

Can the work be done remotely?

Often, yes. We handle onsite, remote, and video-assisted work, and we will tell you which one your job actually needs rather than defaulting to a truck roll.

What kinds of work do you take?

Wi-Fi and network support, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace help, workstation and new employee setup, office moves, meeting room and AV support, printer and scanner support, basic security reviews, and MSP overflow field coverage.

I am an IT professional. How do I join?

Apply through the Founding Tech application. We are selecting a limited group for the tri-state launch, with priority access to early jobs and launch-period platform fee benefits.

What happens after I submit a request?

You get a confirmation by email, then a person reviews the request and follows up about service area, timing, and which specialist fits. We do not share your information.

Are you an MSP?

No. We are a local field service that also supports MSPs and IT consultants who need hands onsite — overflow, rollouts, and dispatch outside their radius.
