Privacy policy

What we collect, and why.

Short version: we collect what you type into our forms so we can respond to you, plus standard website analytics. We don't sell your information.

Information you give us

When you submit a support request or a Founding Tech application, we collect what you enter in the form — typically your name, organization, email address, ZIP code, the type of help you need, and anything you add in the free-text fields. Our forms are hosted by Jotform, which processes and stores submissions on our behalf.

We use this only to respond to your request, match it to an appropriate technician, and follow up about the work.

Campaign and referral information

If you reach us from a printed QR code, a mailing, or an ad, the link may carry campaign parameters (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and a QR identifier). These tell us which campaign brought you here, not who you are.

We store them in your browser's session storage for the length of your visit so the information survives if you move between pages, and we attach them to a form submission if you send one. They are cleared when you close the tab.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, general location, device type, and whether a form was submitted. Google sets cookies to do this. We do not use analytics to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.

You can opt out using Google's browser add-on or your browser's cookie controls.

Other services this site loads

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and forms from Jotform. Requests to those services include your IP address, as with any resource your browser fetches. Each has its own privacy policy.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information. We don't share form submissions with anyone except the technician assigned to your request and the services described above that operate on our behalf.

Access and deletion

Email hello@techsavvy.guru and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We'll confirm when it's done.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date below. This site is operated by TechSavvy, serving the Philadelphia tri-state area.
